Project Description

Within the scope of this project, an organic and organomineral granular fertilizer production plant with a capacity of 15 tons/hour, designed to operate fully integrated with Bioden’s biogas facility, was engineered, manufactured, and commissioned by HILTAR Engineering.
The plant features an integrated production structure aimed at converting the solid digestate fraction from the biogas process—after stabilization, hygienization, and drying in a biocomposter—into a value-added final product in granular form.
