Project Description

Within the scope of this project, an integrated liquid fertilizer production plant with a filling capacity of 5 tons/hourwas designed, manufactured, and commissioned byHILTAR Engineering for ARF.
The facility enables end-to-end processing, from raw material preparation to filling and packaging in various container sizes.

Scope of Work

• Process and mechanical design
• Engineering and manufacturing of fermentation, sterilization, and reaction processes
• Design and manufacturing of reactors, homogenizers, and maturation tanks
• Installation of filling and packaging lines
• Line integration, commissioning, and process optimization
