Reactor and Process Equipment

Product Features

In liquid fertilizer, amino acid solutions, and chemical production requiring special formulations, reactors and process equipment play a critical role to ensure controlled reactions, homogeneous mixing, and stable product quality at every stage. This equipment is designed with chemical resistance, temperature control, and process safety in mind.

Amino Acid and Liquid Fertilizer Reactors

Production of amino acids and liquid fertilizers requires precise control of many variables such as temperature, pH, mixing speed, and duration. Therefore, reactor bodies are made from highly chemical-resistant materials to maintain stable reaction parameters throughout the process.

To create a homogeneous reaction environment, mixers, heating-cooling surfaces, and automation sensors are used to achieve standard quality in production.

Micronized Process Reactors

Micronized product production involves special processes aimed at reducing particle size to the micron level. These reactors are built with high mechanical resistance, controlled mixing, and highly efficient micronization systems.

They are especially used in the formulation of specialized products such as foliar fertilizers, special liquid blends, and high-solid suspensions.

Mixing and Homogenization Systems

Mixing and homogenization systems ensure complete compatibility of product components, preventing segregation and sediment formation. For raw materials with different viscosities and densities, special paddle types, speed control units, and torque-supported motors are used.

This allows stable product quality both in small-scale recipe preparation and in high-capacity production lines.

Heated / Jacketed Reactors

For processes requiring temperature-controlled reactions, reactors designed with double-walled, jacketed, or direct-contact heat transfer systems are used. Reaction temperature, yield, and product formation time are critical factors.

The jacketed design provides energy-efficient heating and cooling while maintaining chemical balance, preventing deterioration of product properties.

Filling Units (Powder and Liquid)

Filling systems are used to package the product after production and prepare it for shipment. Filling units designed according to powder or liquid product characteristics offer precise measurement and fast operation capabilities.

Automatic weighing and filling systems reduce product loss and standardize the packaging process.

Why Reactors and Process Equipment?

Chemical production processes are not just about mixing materials. Controlled temperature, homogenization, reaction safety, and automation integration are the key elements for high-quality and sustainable production. Reactors and process equipment ensure each of these elements, forming the strategic cornerstone of production facilities.
