Crushing and Screening Systems

Product Features

In granulated fertilizer production processes, proper sizing of raw materials, separation of recirculated products, and increasing line efficiency play a critical role. Crushing and screening systems are used to control particle size, break unwanted oversized particles to return them to the granulation process, and maintain the stability of the final product quality.

Crushers (Hammer / Chain Type)

Raw materials entering the production line or large pieces after granulation are sized appropriately with crushers. Hammer crushers provide rapid crushing with high impact energy, while chain-type crushers offer stable performance, especially for moist and sticky materials.

These machines help minimize recirculation rates with durable rotor designs, easy maintenance, and high crushing capacity. Crusher selection is designed and positioned according to material structure, hardness, and production capacity.

Trommel Screens

Also known as rotary drum screens, trommel screens allow materials to move inside a rotating cylinder and be classified on the screen surface. This structure enables smooth material flow, separation of oversized particles, and controlled guidance of granules within the process.

Trommel screens are preferred for delicate granule types because they operate without altering granule shape. Additionally, they require low maintenance and provide long-term stable operation.

Vibrating Screens

Vibrating screens are used for products requiring fine screening accuracy. High vibration frequency ensures granules are distributed effectively on the screen surface and the desired size range is quickly achieved.

The vibration system prevents production line blockage with low energy consumption and high screening capacity, while also contributing to the separation of dust and waste material.

Why Are They Used?

Crushing and screening systems are essential machines for standardizing particle size, reducing returned material, and increasing production process efficiency. Properly sized and classified products provide a more reliable and high-quality final product, both for storage and marketing purposes.
